Thomas J. "Tim" Litle, Chairman
Thomas J. "Tim" Litle,
founder and Chairman, brings over 30-years experience providing technological
innovation in support services to direct marketers. He founded two of the leading payment
processing companies devoted to servicing the direct marketing industry, Litle &
Company and Direct Marketing Guaranty Trust (DMGT). His active participation in the growth
of both companies led to their recent purchase by First USA, Inc. Their combined
portfolios represent 45-50% of all direct marketing transactions. Tim is known for
developing the direct marketing industry's most significant milestones and is an active
and influential leader in the Direct Marketing Association, where he serves as a member of
the Board. He is a founding member of DMA's Privacy Task Force, where he chairs a
subcommittee on Mail Preference Service and Telephone Preference Service, and is
co-chairman of the New Media Task Force.
Jim Daniell, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Jim Daniell is responsible for
all aspects of the business and strategy at OrderTrust. Given his entrepreneurial and
extensive Internet background, he provides the experience to manage high growth networking
companies. Prior to OrderTrust, Jim was COO of AT&T's Networked Commerce Services
where he held P&L responsibility for one of the largest business Internet groups in
the United States. Prior to AT&T, Jim was a founding member and vice president at
Bridge Builder Technologies and held various executive positions at UNIX System
Laboratories. He gained his hands-on technology experience at Software AG of North
America, among other top software companies. Jim received his PhD in Electrical and
Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mark Milne, VP of Business Development
Mark Milne is responsible for
OrderTrusts product management and business development. Prior to joining
OrderTrust, Mark held numerous executive marketing and business development positions.
Most recently, Mark led business development for AT&Ts business internet
division and AT&T corporate business development. Mark has held various senior
positions in the high technology field, including marketing system software at Legent as
well as international product management at Software AG. Mark has a BS in Computer Science
from Louisiana State University.
Wendy
Wheeler, Vice President of Marketing
Prior to joining OrderTrust, Wendy held a number of
senior marketing and sales positions in the technology industry. Most recently, Wendy was
the vice president of field marketing for PictureTel. Prior to PictureTel, Wendy was a
vice president of sales and marketing with two software companies, Xyvision and Wavefront
Technologies. Prior to those positions, Wendy was with Prime Computer/Computervision where
she held a variety of marketing roles, including vice president of product marketing.
Wendy started her career in sales with IBM. Wendy has a BA degree in Modern Language and
Literature from Trinity College.
Phil Summers, Vice President of Product
Management
As Vice President of Product Management, Phil Summers
leads the development and execution of OrderTrust's product strategy. Prior to joining
OrderTrust, Phil was Director of Marketing for Compaq Computer Corp.s Internet
Solutions Business division. His responsibilities included managing the development of
Compaq's Prosignia NeoServer and the launch of Compaqs Online Services. Prior to
Compaq, Phil served as director of marketing and sales for Tradeshow Central, an Internet
site for tradeshow and conference information. He also spent 10 years at Digital Equipment
where he most recently held the position of product manager for the companys
Workstation Product Group. Phil graduated from Boston University with an MBA and holds a
BS degree from Babson College.
Chris Long, Vice President of Offer
Marketing
As Vice President of Offer Marketing, Chris Long is
responsible for directing OrderTrusts market segment strategy and developing
compelling service packages to meet the needs of each target segment. Prior to joining
OrderTrust, Chris was director of e-commerce at Staples, Inc., where he defined, developed
and launched business-to-business e-commerce ordering applications for Staples
Contract and Commercial Division. Chris also served as president of Text Express, Inc.,
and spent three years at Hamilton Consultants, Inc. of Cambridge, Massachusetts. An
MBA graduate of Harvard University, Chris also holds a BS degree from Harvard College.
Mike Stelmach,
Vice President of Operations & Customer Service
As Vice President of Operations and Customer Service,
Mike is responsible for the design, scalability and day-to-day operation of the OrderTrust
network, as well as quality assurance and customer service and support. Prior to joining
OrderTrust, Mike was the Manager of Computer Services for the Medical Center of Central
Massachusetts. In this critical role, Mike was responsible for the operation and technical
support of all hospital systems from radiology to billing and helped to
create dramatic improvements in their operational effectiveness. Mike also served as the
Manager of Computer Operations for Commerce Insurance where he directed the operation and
support of all computer systems including finance, agency management, claims, and billing
systems. Mike graduated from Clark University with an MBA and holds a BS in Computer
Science and Business Administration from Worcester State College.
Keith Thompson,
Vice President of Product Development
As Vice President of Product Development, Keith Thompson
will be responsible for increasing the performance of OrderTrust's order management
network and adding new features and functionality to many of OrderTrust's services. Prior
to joining OrderTrust, Keith was senior director of
architecture and integration at Shiva, Corp., where he held chief architect
responsibilities for the company's VPN and Remote Access products. He was also a
critical team member responsible for the companys successful acquisition by and
integration with Intel Corp. Following the acquisition, he assumed a senior
management role with Intel. Keith graduated from the University of Wisconsin,
Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science.
Barry
Yanes, Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Barry
Yanes will be responsible for coordinating OrderTrusts national
sales and service program, directing the companys sales executives
and systems engineering teams, and overseeing customer relationships
and commitments. Prior to joining OrderTrust, Barry served as the vice
president of merchandise and new business development at CompUSA
Direct where he drove sales, product management and strategic
alliances. Prior to CompUSA, Barry served as chief of staff to
the vice president, Americas, for the PC Business Unit of Digital
Equipment Corporation. During his 20 years at DEC, he held several
director and management positions. Barry graduated from Babson
College with an MBA degree and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from
Boston College. |
