The Customer Service Engineer (CSE) is the primary or secondary contact for assigned accounts and has the overall responsibility for customer relationships. The CSE will ensure that services meet customer and contractual requirements. The CSE will communicate client needs and issues within LN, and coordinate department interaction to meet targeted revenue goals.   This position requires the ability to perform trend analysis which will result in proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction. Account Managers

Provide product support for production and customer service in a distributed OLTP environment. Release Engineer (Sr.)

Design, maintain and document Release Engineering methodologies and tools.  You will ensure build process is accurate, reliable, repeatable, automated and documented; and that all code is under source control. Create and
maintain an archive library and media for SQA You will also write Build Release Notes; work closely with Development and SQA to provide well defined, timely builds; and maintain product base lines by applying Configuration Management methodologies and proper source code control techniques. You must have the following skill set:
Experience with a source code control system, ClearCase a plus.  Working knowledge of source code control systems, makefiles, source code builds and source code control practices.  Experience writing, maintaining and documenting tools.  A strong understanding of successful Release Engineering/Configuration Management methodologies
Experience with Unix and NT environments, Unix shell and/or Perl scripting.   Experience implementing, automating and documenting Release Engineering procedures.   Strong build debugging and troubleshooting skills.  Familiarity with C and C++ compilers.  Familiarity with InstallShield a plus.

Sr. Database Administrators (Oracle)

The Senior Database Administrator will provide the technical leadership for all database administration and be responsible for installation, configuration, and administration of database servers, managing new logins and permission, monitoring server activity and performance, database management and overall availability. Additionally, this individual will develop and implement database security procedures, control database access, manage new logins and permissions, implement physical database design including development of scripts, creation of tables, indexes, segments and devices. This person will also create and manage databases, monitor server activity and performance, create and maintain test environments, track system problems, manage DBMS configurations, and interface with Vendor Technical Support, perform database software upgrades and apply system patches. Define, document and execute tests in a UNIX networking environment. Build out Automation from newly created or existing regression tests.
